Emily attended Portland State University, the downtown location, acquiring a bachelor’s degree from the School of Business. For several years following her graduation, she worked in marketing and advertising at agencies both large and small until she took another leap of faith. In 2014, Emily started her real estate business and joined Windermere Realty Trust under the mentorship of her colleague, now friend and teammate, Reuben Schug.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find Emily outdoors with her husband and two young children enjoying all the natural beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She explores her surroundings by hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, camping, and biking. During the wet months, she’ll be skiing, snowshoeing, reading, practicing yoga, playing music, organizing her home, or playing games with her family. Emily is part of a year-round volleyball league. She is always looking for opportunities to give back to her community. She is a regular Red Cross blood donor and volunteers for various organizations as much as possible. Community is an important aspect of our lives and Emily ensures that she is a positive, contributing citizen.
