Reuben started his real estate business in 2007. He has developed a specialized practice adding additional trusted teammates. Reuben is dedicated to his community and appreciates the philanthropic mantra of Windermere Realty Trust. Reuben stays busy spending time with his wife and 3 young children. He enjoys softball, swimming and mountain biking in the summer. Volleyball and skiing are his favorite winter activities.

Alexis King — Broker
Alexis hails from a family of lawyers in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Before making Oregon her home in 2010 she studied Landscape Architecture, and received degrees in History and Psychology at the University of Colorado. Alexis has a flair for interior and jewelry design, and is passionate about holistic health and exploring the great NW outdoors. She is drawn to real estate by her love of wearing many hats and helping others.

Annie Leonard — Broker
Born and raised in Portland, Annie recently spent 8 years in NYC. At NYU she majored in Drama and History, graduating with honors. Annie treasures the opportunities real estate offers to constantly meet new people and learn or see something new. She loves supporting clients and ensuring they have the best possible experience. Annie has performed internationally as a singer and actor and is passionate about the arts and making memories with her incredible family and friends.

Michelle Nunez — Broker
Michelle started in real estate in 2000 and joined Reuben’s team in 2014. She is licensed in Oregon and Washington, has lived in the Northwest her whole life, and is PDX expert! Michelle has her Bachelor degree in Project Management from George Fox University. She enjoys guiding clients through the process of finding the perfect home. Michelle loves live music festivals, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Teresa Warriner — Broker, Client Care Specialist
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Teresa has been a licensed broker since 2017. She is committed to making the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible for each client and is honored to be a part of their real estate journey. Prior to joining the Schug team Teresa managed multiple real estate offices and a non-profit. In her spare time she likes to camp, kayak, listen to live music and spend time with her adorable grandkids.
Elisha Biando — Client Care Specialist
Elisha grew up in the Northwest and loves Portland for its diversity and scenery: “It’s absolutely breathtaking in the Springtime!” She’s been working in real estate since 2014 and appreciates being a part of a team and making client’s dreams come true. Elisha spends much of her time with her dogs and 2 sons. She competes with the American Pool players Association and enjoys getting together with family and friends.
